A/P Assistant/Bookkeeper- Toms River, NJ

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with preparing financial
  • Handle the daily financial transactions such as paying vendors and receiving money from
  • Keep complete and accurate records of all financial transactions in a systematic
  • Handle accounts payable for separate entities and
  • Assist with the reconciliation of bank
  • Process invoices for
  • Assist with the filing of quarterly tax
  • Ensure that financial records are in order and can be easily
  • Process transactions and perform accounting duties such as account maintenance and record
  • Perform other duties as

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ experience in similar role
  • Good IT skills and knowledge of Quick Books and Excel
  • Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred
