RN/PA + Sales Rep- NY/NJ

Job Description:

The Clinical Specialist will assist our Business Development team in promoting and selling our wound care services to healthcare providers, such as hospitals, SNFs and private practices, AND service patients in the initial stages of our operations in the state.

The Clinical Specialist will utilize their clinical experiences and knowledge from both a patient and clinical perspective to help drive sales and growth and educate clients on the benefits of providing wound care services at patients’ homes and healthcare facilities. This position will require a balance of clinical knowledge, sales, communication, education, administrative skills and professional drive.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet existing and potential clients (e.g. physicians, nurses, executive management and/or physician office groups at hospitals or other healthcare facilities to discuss and demonstrate how the Company’s wound care services can help achieve their goals and meet their patient/client needs and help drive credibility during the sales process.
  • Act as a bridge between healthcare providers/patients and the Company regarding patient needs, concerns and access to new wound care solutions and be a primary resource for clinical support.
  • Assist with driving sales in the wound care area by educating clients on the benefits of providing at home wound care services.
  • Provide trainings to facility personnel regarding managing the wound care process

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Valid RN or PA License in NY and/or NJ
  • Business and/or Medical Sales experience a plus
  • Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel and be comfortable learning new territories throughout the state
  • Team player

Salary + commission

Hours: 9-5, negotiable
