Seeking Nurse Practitioner for mobile advanced wound care service, to treat patients in their homes and/or in Skilled Nursing Facilities throughout Indiana.

Required:
- Active NP License in IN
- Available Mon-Fri 9-5
- Pass all background checks
- Comfortable with wound care
- Patient- focused, caring bedside manner
- Excellent communication skills, professional work ethic, comfortable with technology
- Wound Care/ Skilled Nursing Facility/Home Care experience preferred
Salary: $125-$150 DOE
