Responsibilities:
- full time
- office is close to south Lakewood and Manchester
- manage inventory in our supply room to keep it fully stocked
- receive, package, and ship supply orders for clinicians and patients
- travel to deliver supplies to providers and manage another supply room, as needed

Seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Nurse to travel to multiple locations throughout Brooklyn and nearby areas.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Nurse Practitioners (NPs) during visits to patients in their homes or Skilled Nursing Facilities
- Discuss wound care and dressings with patients’ family/caregivers
- Input in EMR system patient treatment plans at time of visit
- Input patient assessments, documentation and notes within 24 hours
- Participate in virtual continued education programs and wound progress, as needed
- Perform dressing changes as needed and/or ordered per Provider and POC
- Coordinate patient care with assigned CHHAs, if applicable
- Perform other duties as needed

A/P Assistant/Bookkeeper- Toms River, NJ
Assist the Controller with the financial processing of transactions for the company.
25 – 40 hours/week, flexible hours.
Responsibilities:
- Daily bookkeeping and recordkeeping, financial reporting and preparation of tax records for financial audits and assist with invoicing and billing
- Assist with preparing financial statements
- Handle the daily financial transactions such as paying vendors and receiving money from clients
- Keep complete and accurate records of all financial transactions
- Handle accounts payable for separate entities and vendors
- Assist with the reconciliation of bank accounts
- Process invoices for payment
- Assist with the filing of quarterly tax returns
- Perform other duties as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Good IT skills, comfortable with Quick Books and Excel
- Detail oriented, excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task
